Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes

RaquetteVille is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

RaquetteVille is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Customers may return items within 30 days from the day of purchase when all subsequent criteria are met:

  • Items must be returned in their original package without any damage to the package.
  • Products must come back with their original labels.
  • Customers must pay for the shipping fees and contact RaquetteVille for the shipping address.
